Antoine Bernigaud obtained a PhD in optimization methods applied to data assimilation for geosciences, in Toulouse (France) in 2022.

Bernigaud now works on machine learning in the data assimilation team at the Nansen Center. His interests lie on super-resolution, whether of observations or model outputs, and more generally on data driven emulations of numerical models for the ocean or the atmosphere.
