These must always be followed when researchers handle data. The group has expertise in the development and establishment of services and systems for processing and management of geographic data. The objective is to make it easy for researchers to follow the principles, and easy for users to find data for their own purposes.<\/p>\n<p>The group develops data catalogs and portals that make the data easily accessible. It also develops visualization services and software for converting files into formats that make the data easier to use and reuse.
